TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS

All of our therapists are able to provide Telehealth Appointments.

Some only offer appointments via Telehealth.

Please check under their PROFILE to find out if you can see them face to face or via telehealth.

These appointments are conducted using MS Teams. This is a VIDEO call. If you do not have access to good wifi or a device, please contact us to find out about using our Tamworth office to complete this video telehealth appointment.

PAYMENTS
Self Managed NDIS or Private Clients

Payments for telehealth appointments will be required PRIOR TO the appointment.

We will email the invoice to you the Friday prior to your appointment.

You will be able to make payment via bank transfer (details will be in the email)

or our receptionist will call to take payment over the phone.

Plan Managed NDIS or Third Party Payers

A Service Agreement will be required for NDIS Plan Managed clients. We will invoice the Plan Manager directly.

Please note, if payment is not made within 21 days, or is rejected by your Plan Manager,

payment by the client or their representative will be required.

If a Third Party has agreed to pay your invoices, we will require confirmation in writing to accounts@supersaurus.com.au

TELEHEALTH ASSESSMENTS

We are now offering the following TELEHEALTH ASSESSMENTS:

PREDIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND BRIEF REPORT
including Recommendations

*This is not a diagnostic report.

This is to explore the possibility of a diagnosis and/or give guidance for therapy recommendations.

The brief report can be shared to your treating Paediatrician/Psychiatrist to assist them with diagnosis and treatment.

We may also recommend completing a full diagnosis with us - this will all be outlined in the Brief Report.

Age 5 years - 18 years (still attending school):

• Online tests will be emailed to the Parent/Carer AND the child's nominated teacher.
• Once all tests have been completed, a Brief report outlining outcomes and recommendations will be emailed.

Triage appointment can be conducted if requested however is not required.

Please complete New Client Form and Consent Form with the teacher's name, school name and

email address (preferably a direct email address).

Age 16 years (not attending school) - ADULT:

• Online tests will be emailed to the Client AND the a nominated Other Adult.
  This could be a parent, sibling, partner etc.
• Once all tests have been completed, a Brief report outlining outcomes and recommendations will be emailed.

Triage appointment can be conducted if requested however is not required.

Please complete New Client Form and Consent Form with the other adult and

email address (preferably a direct email address).
