STEPS:

1. Non-refundable deposit & Consent Form required

Can be accessed via our website or will be emailed

(please include a direct email address for the teacher)

 2. Parent/Carer (or Client) completes tests

 If client is adult, we will assess at Step 1 if they also need to complete the tests

We will email these out & prefer they are completed prior to the appointment.

3. Assessment Appointment with the Psychologist:

Client & Support Person participate in a structured interview

4. Full Diagnostic Assessment Report
