Katherine completed her studies in 2006 at Griffith University. She has been with our team since 2020. Katherine started her career in rural Queensland in hospital, community and private practice settings. She spent a year in Vanuatu as a volunteer Dietitian supporting the Port Vila Hospital foodservice and delivering chronic disease workshops to remote islands. Katherine worked for five years in various parts of the UK with adults and children in diabetes, tube feeding and general community clinics.
Katherine has worked with a variety of clients including those with diverse cultural backgrounds, developmental delays, learning difficulties and neuro-disabilities.
