Delight is a member of Australian Association of Social Workers. She is passionate about fostering positive change and enhancing the wellbeing of children and young people, committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.

Delight embraces a trauma-informed approach in providing a sensitive, empathetic support and services. Delight has years of experience working with children in out-of-home care, and children who are at risk of significant harm, providing mentoring and therapeutic support to children and their families.
