Single Disciplinary Interview -Autism & ADHD

This is recommended if you are curious about your neurodiversity but are not seeking a formal diagnosis for NDIS purposes.

NO DIAGNOSTIC REPORT.

ADHD medication: please note you do not need an assessment from a psychologist for ADHD in order to receive medication. In most cases, it is easier and more cost effective to go straight to a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists will need to do their own due diligence due to prescribing schedule 8 medications and some may not accept my report. Every psychiatrist has a different process.

STEPS:

1. Prediagnostic Testing
Payment required: $222.99

a. Consent Form required

b. Tests will be emailed to Client & Other Adult.

c. Brief  Report outlining Results & Recommendations.

Other Adult can include a parent, spouse, grandparent, aunt/uncle or long term friend

2. Comprehensive Interview

1 x 2 hour telehealth session + 1 x 0.5 hour administrative session.
Payment required at Booking:  $557.48

 This comprehensive interview will explore the developmental, social & medical background of the Client. Feedback session can be booked from 2 weeks in advance, at the time of this assessment.

3. Feedback & Recommendations (can include Other Adult)

Payment required at Booking:  $222.99

In this session the therapist will explore the results and recommendations. A brief report with recommendations (no diagnosis) will be emailed following this appointment.

A report can be requested - this will have an additional cost, to be discussed at when requested (cannot be requested more than 4 months from Comprehensive Interview).

 This is a detailed assessment that will explore the developmental, social & medical background of the Client. Handover can be booked from 2 weeks in advance, at the time of this assessment.

3. Full Diagnostic Assessment Report

4. Handover Appointment with Client (can include Other Adult)

Payment required at Booking:  $724.99

To explain the findings and any recommendations. Following feedback, NDIS reports will be completed.

  External Appointment with Psychiatrist

You will need a Doctors referral to a Psychiatrist, we can assist with the process if you need this.

Multidisciplinary Diagnostic Assessment Autism & ADHD

This assessment is accepted by the NDIS. It may still be beneficial to consult a Psychiatrist.

 This is a detailed assessment (Psychologist or Social Worker) that will explore the developmental, social & medical background of the Client.

 2. Diagnostic Assessment Interview 2

 Client & Other Adult -

1 x 1 hour telehealth session
Payment required at Booking:  $613.00

 This is a detailed assessment (Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist) that will explore the developmental, social & medical background of the Client. Handover can be booked from 2 weeks in advance, at the time of the 2nd assessment interview.

4. Full Diagnostic Assessment Report

5. Handover Appointment with Client (can include Other Adult)

Payment required at Booking:  $611.42

To explain the findings and any recommendations. Following feedback, NDIS reports will be completed.
