Single Disciplinary ADHD Assessment

ADHD medication: please note you do not need an assessment from a psychologist for ADHD in order to receive medication. In most cases, it is easier and more cost effective to go straight to a Paediatrician/Psychiatrist. They will need to do their own due diligence due to prescribing schedule 8 medications and some may not accept my report. Every psychiatrist has a different process.

STEPS:

1. Prediagnostic Testing &

Diagnostic Interview with Client (Telehealth)
Payment required: $334.49

a. Consent Form required

b. Tests will be emailed to Client & Other Adult

c. Interview with Client to explore developmental, attention and focus,

and academic/employment difficulties.

The Diagnostic Interview for ADHD (DIVA) will be used.

2. Full Diagnostic Assessment Report

Payment required at completion of Stage 2:  $445.98

3. *Optional Handover Appointment with Client

Payment required at Booking:  $222.99

To explain the findings and any recommendations.

  External Appointment with Paediatrician/Psychiatrist

You will need a Doctors referral to a Paediatrician/Psychiatrist, we can assist with the process if you need this.
